Terms and Conditions

 

  • Please plan to set up an hour before the event starts.

  • Booths must be completely set up and ready for customer when the event opens.

  • Tear down may not begin until event close.

  • Each Vendor must remove everything, including the trash in your area.

  • Electricity must be arranged for in advance. However, extention cords will not be provided.

  • Tables will be available for rent for $15 (+tax) of pre-requested with contract. ($25 +tax after acceptance)

  • Vendors will not shut down prior to the close of the event for any reason whatsoever without prior written authorization from event board. Doing so will result in forfeit of deposit, and automatic denial for any future events.

  • There are no refunds once you have been accepted into the event. You are accepted once your payment has been received and cleared. It is up to you to check with event board reguarding acceptance.

  • No one shall occupy the space other than the original contracted merchant without prior consent of the event board. Doing so will result in forfeit of spot with no refund and automatic denial for future events.

  • Each vendor is responsible for paying their own sales taxes on items sold.

  • Each vendor is responsible for paying the full amount due to the event board. There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks.

  • Each vendor is required to bring a small item ($10-$15 value) to donate as a door prize. This item should be something that represents you and your business. The drawings will be held throughout the event. Please contact Tanya if you would like more information on this.

  • Deadlines are 14 days before event.

  • Tanya Mack and event staff shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or liability to the named party, its staff, guests, or consumers or any other person using the premises under this agreement, or to their property for any cause or reason whatsoever.
